Acceptance
By downloading or using Workshop Planner ("the app"), published by Level44 Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Measurements & planning
Workshop Planner is a planning aid. Scanned and entered measurements are estimates and may not be exact. Always verify critical dimensions and clearances yourself before buying equipment, cutting materials, or building. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's output.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level44 Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
